If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Ketchup Kid™️, you may return it for a full refund as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customized orders are non-refundable. To complete your return, please contact us at hello@studiowac.com and include your order number and details about the item(s) you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for return shipping.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your order.

All returns require a return authorization number, which you can request from our customer service team. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we confirm receipt of eligible returns. Shipping charges and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
